Introduction
As the final part of this course you will submit a 2500 word critical review. Think of your critical review as a way to contextualize your practice so that you are able to bring a critical awareness to it and formulate a way to communicate this in a way that suits your practice. It is also an opportunity to consider which parts of the course particularly resonated with you and to develop these further.
*The critical review has been sent as a separate piece of work.

Reflecting on the Tutor report
The tutor provided extensive feedback by commenting specifically on the text. They point out potential areas where evidence was lacking or not referenced. While they thought my arguments and investigation were very strong, they recommended that I be more conscious of trying to connect my ideas back to artists or works that we have studied throughout the course. They posed some good questions to help me consider my arguments more deeply. I redrafted my work based on some of their recommendation, especially ensuring that sources are clear and incorporating examples from my studies. I believe this is a strong piece of writing and represent my thoughts on art quite well. The process of writing about your learning in this way was actually quite enlightening and it once again confirms the value of employing reflective practices into your work. The overall course has also helped my to be more attentive to the role research plays as it helps you to develop new perspectives which can stimulate ideas. I also enjoyed discovering new artists whose work I may otherwise not have been exposed to.
